Modern Desert Estate01 — Ivins, UT
A single-level desert estate built for gathering. Walls of glass open the great room to a resort backyard — pool, spa, fire features, and a sport court framed by red rock. Inside, a stacked-stone fireplace anchors the living space and warm walnut runs throughout.
Desert Contemporary02 — Ivins, UT
Clean desert-contemporary lines with a warm, livable core. An open great room and chef's kitchen in walnut and stone flow out to a covered patio and turf yard, with the red cliffs as a backdrop and a spa-like owner's bath finished down to the detail.

The builder behind Alloy
Justin grew up in Cache Valley with an early love of building. He studied business at Utah State and construction management at Weber State, and has spent more than fifteen years in the industry — always searching for new ways to become a better builder.
He believes in giving you the highest-quality home alongside an open, positive experience. Attention to detail and honest communication about your needs matter to him, so the process feels calm and stress-free — and you get to enjoy building your dream home.
